We bought the Heidi house in 2022 for my cat that I had for 12years living in the back yard of where I worked and wanted her safe when I brought her home.
My husband built a framed base with wheels so she can be pushed out into the sunshine on nice days or be under cover plunged into her heated bed in cold weather.
And has never tried to escape when we open the door she is so happy and safe great product purchase and assembly went well you do need 2 people would highly recommend.
We for have 6 cats but she I’d only one with cat house but this way we know she will always be safe and happy. 💛😺🧡

My mum bought this last October for our 3 indoor only cats to have a little more freedom. I modified it so they can come and go 24/7 by joining it to the lounge window. I also covered each panel with micro mesh so our babies don’t get bitten by mozzies and no other bugs can get in.
It was only a couple of weeks in when the shelf we placed for them to get in and out of the window fell apart – the timber used is super soft and the screws pulled out. But gluing it before screwing it back together has done the trick!
I also turned the back hatch panel upside down so I can get to the top shelf in the cubby area for cleaning. I reinforced the shelves with some bracing across the bottom of each one – as one of our kitties is near 6kg.
I decided to cut a hole in the second shelf so they can get in the cubby from the bottom shelf.
The furbabies are so happy that I have just bought the Cabana run to modify and attach to Heidi.
