I ordered a Cat Mansion, for our indoor cats to get some outside time in a safe place, from you on Monday Feb 8th and it arrived Feb 10th. Amazing customer service for it to be delivered in a different state in 2 days. It went together very easily and is a very nice structure. We placed one of our cats in the top house and he went and walked straight down the stairs to the ground.
